Who is that guy? See him? The one who looks like a modern hipster that ended up in the 1940s. A little odd, right? While the various theories of hipster time-travel that have been accompanying this image around the internet are all a bit tongue-in-cheek, I am quite curious about this fellow’s unlikely attire.

University kid? Welder? Misfit artist? Time-traveler? What do you think?
