Logan Hicks on Art & Life
Posted on | May 20, 2010 | No Comments
A few months ago I posted about stencil artist Logan Hicks, a creative boundary-pusher who has captured my attention and become a steady source of inspiration and imagination.
In a world of immediate gratification, Hicks prefers the slow road, taking his time to create his angular and urban, yet very quiet and human pieces that leave the viewer plenty of space for interpretation.
Here he is talking about his passion for stenciling, raising his child in New York City, vanishing points, and the subway. If you are in the New York area, he has a show up at the Opera Gallery through the end of this month.
